# How to Add Emails to Unsubscribe List?

We provide your recipients the possibility to Opt Out ( or unsubscribe ) from the Emails that we are sending on your behalf.

Here is how you can find these users.

Login to your Flowbox Account.

**STEP 1:** Go to **'Ratings & Reviews'.**

**STEP 2:** Click **'Automate'** under settings.

**STEP 3:** Click **'Unsubscribe List'.** You will be able to see the list of Emails that are added. These Emails are marked as **"Unsubscribed".**

But you also have the possibility to manually add users to the unsubscribe list.

## How to Manually Add Emails to Unsubscribe List?

Login to your Flowbox Account.

**STEP 1:** Go to **'Ratings & Reviews'.**

**STEP 2:** Click **'Automate'** under settings.

**STEP 3:** Click **'Unsubscribe List'.**

**STEP 4:** Click **'Add To List'.**

**STEP 5:** Add the email addresses you want to exclude, and make sure they are divided by a comma. If you have these already typed out somewhere, you can copy the whole list and paste it in directly.

**STEP 6:** Click **" ADD TO LIST".**

**STEP 7:** You will be able to see the list of Emails that are added. These Emails are marked as **"Manually added".**
