# Invite users

How to invite your colleagues to Flowbox

Once your account is set up, it's time to share Flowbox with your colleagues! 😉 Follow these steps to invite new users.

-   Click on the 'Settings' (cogwheel) menu in the lower-left corner to enter company settings.

-   Go the the 'Users' tab.

-   Type in your colleague's email address, select their profession from a list and a permission level and hit the 'Send Invite' button. Your colleague will now receive an invitation in their email inbox.

## Permission levels

Flowbox supports different user levels.

**Moderator**

Moderators can approve or reject posts, tag products, publish content, and upload content to the library.

A Moderator can't create new Flows, remove existing flows or change the styling of Flows.

**Admin**

Admins can do all of the above, as well as invite new users, create new Flows, remove existing Flows and change CSS styling.

**Note: the Staff setting refers to Flowbox Staff, and is reserved for your Customer Success Manager who will be able to assist you in the set up of your account.**
