# Website Analytics: Moderation

Track your Flowbox usage from post collection to approval and distribution

Flowbox makes it easy to collect, moderate, and distribute user-generated content (UGC) to enhance your business results. The **Moderation Analytics** dashboard helps you analyse how effectively you're leveraging these features and identify areas for improvement in your UGC strategy.

## What you can learn

This dashboard provides insights into:

- **Collection** – Track how much content you're gathering from various channels.

- **Moderation** – Analise your post approval ratio and how content is distributed across different Flows.

- **Rights Requests** – Monitor content rights requests and approval rates.

By understanding these metrics, you can refine your moderation workflow to improve efficiency and maximise the impact of your UGC.

## How to access

- Log in to your Flowbox account.

- Navigate to **Analytics** in the left menu.

- Click on **Moderation** to access the dashboard.

At the bottom of this page, you’ll find a **detailed data table** explaining each metric in depth.
